Dead Space Is Returning

Yes, I am as shocked as you may be.

EA is publishing a remake of Dead Space exclusively for next generation consoles such as the Xbox X/S Series & PlayStation 5. No release date has been given or even hinted as of yet but all this information plus a teaser trailer dropped this evening during the EA Play live event showcasing games and new announcements.

EA Motive is the studio leading the reimagined titular sci-fi horror title and plan to improve upon the original story and characters with their vision of a remake.

I personally adored the first game, it scared me to death back in 2008 as a teen, the music, the environment, gameplay and who could forget the terrifying rendition of twinkle twinkle little star as the main theme all making it a stand out game.

For people concerned after the Dead Space 3 travesty that occured in its third sequal, EA have promised zero MTX (Microtransactions) will be within the Dead Space remake, which is of course, brilliant news.

Are you excited for the return of Isaac Clarke and dismembering all new amounts of limbs?

...I sure am!
